Financial disempowerment is, at its core, an emotional wound. It shows up as anxiety, shame and avoidance, and becomes a story young people carry into every other part of life. FinReady: Empowered is designed to interrupt that cycle.

Fully funded by the ETREA Foundation. We bring everything, we come to you, and we adapt the content to your cohort. Alongside the two workshops, young people get ongoing access to online resources to keep building their skills after the sessions end.

FinReady: Empowered prioritises young people facing compounding barriers to empowerment. Every workshop begins not with numbers, but with mindset, emotion and self-understanding, because content alone does not create change.

The program is preventative for 14 to 18 year olds, equipping them before harmful money beliefs take root, and restorative for 18 to 25 year olds already carrying financial stress.
